Our annual trip to Weston was yet another success! Only I could have had absolutely no idea that the date we picked coincided with the Weston Airshow! But it was an amazing experience to get to watch planes overhead all day while children completely activities and games in teams throughout the day! A personal highlight was getting to watch the magnificent red arrows preform right above our heads! The day including fish and chips and was finished off with a ice cream before coming home. The day including sandcastle building, French bowls, flying stunt kites, playing rounders and cricket and taking part in the 82nd Weston Treasure hunt. A massive to Angela, Shaun and Neil for driving the minibus for us! The children we as always an absolute delight to take anywhere and behaved impeccably really being advocates for not just the group, but the Scouting movement!
